Welcome to the SEAS Architectural Salvage & Design, your antique and architectural salvage store. Our goal is to salvage, reclaim, resuse, and re-purpose found items and antiques.
We are located in North Metro Denver, Colorado. There is no physical store, but you are welcome to make an appointment to see items in person. We prefer to sell locally to keep our customer's costs low, but we also ship items with insured delivery.
Our philosophy of delivering unique furniture and items with charm and character affordably inspires everything we do. This is not our job or our career. We just love picking and creating such much that we decided to share. Whether looking to add to your home or for a gift for someone who has everything, SEAS has what you are looking for. We do not believe in refinishing items as that diminishes their character. We primarily offer 1800s era items from areas throughout America, but we will also re-purpose anything unique or interesting that may make for great decor.

Furniture:
Use items for their originally intended purpose or re-purpose them.
This one-of-a-kind workbench was constructed of various other items many years ago to serve as a workbench. It is now being used as a flat screen TV stand. It weighs over 600 pounds and is over 6 feet wide.
We did nothing to diminish its character. What you see is exactly how we found it.

Cabinetry:
You can select from our inventory, provide your own found materials to have a cabinet made, or provide specifications for a custom cabinet.
We made this tall bathroom cabinet from a set of old indoor privacy shutters, probably once from a front parlor. The front and the sides are all from the same set. We added an antique surface-mount lock with working key, added salvage wood from an old weathered door for shelves, backed it with bead board, and hung it on the wall.
The shutters were used as-is and were not refinished.

Lighting, made from:
This old heater was a great find. We added a simple light and we now have a great piece of decor next to our fireplace. A timer turns it on every evening at dusk. We plan to add lighting to the bottom, as well.
Original paint, untouched.
These old wheel hubs were found and made into lights after different times. Now, the two of them are great companions on our living room side table. We wired them to be lights and put in warm amber bulbs.
